All community members are welcome to join our group training. Come out and have some fun.

You might be new to the sport of triathlon or a seasoned veteran, we can all get fitter and faster together. Fast, slow, short course, long course, let's do this.

    A fast loop out past Port Credit with a mix of main streets and side roads.

    Meet at 6am at the bottom of Strachan on the Lakeshore Path.

    A 120km rural route from the edge of the city with rolling terrain.

    Meet at Angus Glen Community Center top parking lot.

    A short route full of hills on the east side of the city.
